Advice Pls.

Hi Kababayans!

I would like to ask for advice regarding salary rate of an Executive Secretary, secretary or any middle management positions in Qatar. I applied for position of secretary in a recruitment agency here in Mla & I was able to passed the final interview of the employer. He offered me to work as an executive secretary in Qatar ,but we didn't discuss regarding salary. After the interview one of the recruitment officer approached me & requested for my passport w/c turned out was asked by the employer.

I am college undergraduate & the employer who conducted interview on me was suprised that i was able to land a secretarial job here in Manila in one of the biggest advertising agency in spite of educational deficiency & background ..but im proud to say that my 4 years working experience as a secretary will speak for itself.

Do i have to dictate or demand regarding salary compensation & benefits? I've heard that all of our kababayans there had to endure the high standard of living there..

How much should i be receiving? Aside from compensation what are the other benefits should i discuss??

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
