Filipino Expats Qatar

Hello everybody!

My filipino friend left for qatar. I don't have any of his qatar contacts but I want to find him so much. I know Qatar is very small country and I think expats are used to get together so I hope filipinos living/working in qatar know each other. He is working as engineer in oil industry.
