am John Abetong, Filipino, 33 years old, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in University of Negros Occidental Recoletos last 1995. Currently working in Dammam, Saudi Arabia as Computer Application Specialist for more than 4 years now. • Knowledge about Linux, TFTP Server
• Knowledge Opensource & Asterisk Server
• Microsoft Windows NT 0.4 (Server &Client), Windows 95/98, DOS.
• MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Acrobat Reader/Writer.
• Microsoft Visio Professional, Auto CAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• HTML, Microsoft Access, FoxPro, Visual Basic 6.

NETWORK PROTOCOL:
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Large Area Network installation, system configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and SMTP, LAN / WAN
• Experience with VOIP, H323, and SIP and associated standards and specifications.
• Telephony related software and hardware experience, including any knowledge of IVR/voice, ASR, audio/video conferencing.
