Hi Everyone!
I want you to know para makapag save din kayo sa monthly investment sa properties nyo. If you know someone of your friends or colleagues who want to buy or invest on properties in the Philippines, you can enjoy a whopping 4.5% commission.
Sample computation is this:
P2,000,000 worth of property
x 4.5%
-----------
P90,000!
=====
This P90T will be spread equally for 24 months because some buyers might not pay on the second month. But still you have P4,000 roughly every month for your first client. Therefore, the more we sell, the more commission we get. To God be the glory, but some of my colleagues here in London sell 20M worth of properties in a month. Then another 15M properties in the next month...then another 15M in the next and so on and so forth....money is pouring like rain, gosh! Me myself I didn't think I can sell before. I just learned how to talk to people and love many domestic helpers here to change their lives for the better. I love to see them enjoy good life thru the best investment I know which is property.
I am not selling anyway. This is my hobby and I love doing it everyday. But my hobby pays me more than I can chew. I just enthusiastically tell people what I do and then ask them if they can spare 10 minutes of their time on a Monday evening perhaps 7pm. I just explain that:
No Downpayment
No Deposit
No Reservation Fee

Usually, developers ask Reservation fee of 50T upfront. Tapos 900,000 for deposit which sometimes is P65,000 monthly. Masyadong mabigat sa maraming Filipino. But we're so blessed because our company is the only one which is doing this. With so much privilege that the Lord is giving us, year 2007 will be our year of more wealth and enjoyment of life!
To help you start, please do this:
print a colour picture of all properties we're offering. I can send it to you via email on a MS Powerpoint. Check this out: www.Globeasiatique.com. All the prices and all details included. If you want more specific, visit my website: www.PinoyAsset.com.
tell people our No Deposit No Downpayment, No Reservation fee scheme. This works!
I can send you your business card with your full name and the company logo officially issued by GlobeAsiatique so people will trust you even better.
But first let me know if you wanna do this whole-heartedly and I can register your name FREE of charge, for you. Our deadline is on January 20, 2006. This will also make you recognised in Manila Head Office. So, kapag nagtanong yung mga clients nyo sa Pinas, people in the Head Office know you and can back you up.
One thing i can tell you about people who want to buy from you:
Don't lie. People who lie are always liars. People deal with someone who has a good integrity and reputation.
Be likeable. Before people buy from you, they buy you first. What I mean by this is you have to be neat and tidy all the time. Use a good perfume all the time and chew mint to avoid unpleasant breath that turn people off. Get your hair cut and invest in nice clothes. avoid cheap ones please. I cannot emphasize how important good hygiene is.
Enthusiasm is infectious. If i know I can help this person, I will explain things to him with enthusiasm and passion. Nobody wants to deal with a "dead fish".You must have confidence, and confidence comes, first and foremost, from product knowledge.
Avoid being so "pushy" or over-selling. People hate to be sold. Just give them leaflets with your contact number and if they are interest.
Study your product. Baka mas magaling pa yung client sa iyo, it's embarassing. You're always online anyway, so we dont have any reason why we're going to be left behind. All products latest are just a click away.
Read about selling and inspirational books. I always read books that will motivate and keep my desire burning. I start the day with smile and active.
Pag may tanong pa kayo, just let me know. If you cant deal with your friends, let me know and I will speak to them...but as always the fruit of it will be yours 100%. What have you got to lose?
If you want powerpoint presentation of this, email me.
Kung kilala kayo na interested dito, call me. Thanks.
